Job Summary
LuLu Retail International, the premier hypermarket and supermarket chain across the Middle East, is hiring proactive Department Supervisors for its flagship branches in Abu Dhabi, including major locations at Al Wahda Mall and Mushrif Mall. In this supervisory role, you will lead daily floor operations, direct customer service personnel, coordinate stock inventory replenishment, manage team shift schedules, and maintain high standards of product display and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor activities, shelf stocking, and product arrangements across assigned departments (Grocery, Fresh Food, Electronics, or Household).
- Manage staff duty rosters, shift handovers, and performance monitoring for floor associates and customer service representatives.
- Monitor inventory levels, track product expiry dates, and coordinate with central warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Enforce strict store compliance regarding health, safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines across all display sections.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve on-floor complaints promptly to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist department managers in monitoring daily sales performance, promotional display setups, and shrinkage/loss prevention measures.
