Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is recruiting a customer-focused Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk Officer for its facilities management administrative headquarters in Dubai, UAE. This position serves as the main point of contact for corporate clients, tenants, and visitors, managing switchboard phone calls, arranging meeting room schedules, and executing core front-office administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, corporate clients, and contractors professionally, managing visitor logs and issuing access passes in compliance with security guidelines.
- Operate the central switchboard system, answering incoming inquiries, screening callers, and transferring calls to the appropriate department personnel.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, manage conference facility bookings, and arrange refreshments for high-level executive meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail, courier deliveries, and internal administrative documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception lounge area while assisting administrative teams with basic data entry tasks.
