Job Summary
Tadbeer Service Centers, operating under the regulation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), are recruiting qualified and compassionate Certified Nannies & Child Caregivers across the United Arab Emirates. In this specialized domestic healthcare and childcare role, you will deliver dedicated child development support, maintain child hygiene and nutrition standards, implement safety protocols, and assist families with professional childcare in accordance with UAE domestic labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities (General)
Child Care & Early Development
- Provide comprehensive daily care for infants, toddlers, and young children, overseeing feeding, hygiene, bathing, and sleep routines.
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational games, creative arts, outdoor activities, and cognitive development exercises.
- Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks tailored to the nutritional and dietary requirements of infants and growing children.
- Support school-aged children with daily homework supervision, routine scheduling, and learning engagement.
Child Safety & Health Management
- Maintain a secure, clean, and child-proof environment at all times, preventing household hazards and monitoring playtime.
- Administer prescribed medications or basic first aid promptly when required, maintaining emergency response readiness.
- Maintain transparent communication with parents regarding daily routines, child development progress, behavior, and health status.
- Uphold complete confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and ethical conduct within client household environments.
