Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily preventive maintenance programs for MEP, HVAC, and critical building support machinery across port facilities.
- Conduct regular technical inspections and supervise third-party maintenance contractors and technical teams.
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) statutory regulations and corporate standards.
