Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning, daily maintenance, and sanitation across assigned commercial offices, residential complexes, retail malls, or hospitality assets.
- Safely operate specialized cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers, steam cleaners, high-pressure washers, and carpet extraction machines.
- Adhere strictly to green cleaning practices, COSHH chemical safety handling, and eco-friendly waste management protocols.
- Restock cleaning consumables, inspect assigned service zones, and promptly report any facility defects or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Provide professional, courteous assistance to client staff, tenants, and visitors in accordance with Farnek's smart facilities management standards.
