MEP Maintenance Technician – Sobha Realty (Dubai)
Job Summary
Sobha Realty, a premier luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking a skilled MEP Maintenance Technician (HVAC & Electrical) to join its in-house facilities management team. The appointed technician will perform routine inspections, scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM), and emergency troubleshooting across Sobha’s high-end residential towers and commercial properties in Dubai. Selected candidates will ensure uninterrupted operation of building management systems, HVAC units, electrical distribution, and plumbing infrastructure to meet luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, and electrical distribution panels.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, lighting controls, circuit breakers, motors, and low-voltage systems across common areas and residential units.
- Perform corrective maintenance and swift troubleshooting for HVAC cooling issues, refrigerant leaks, thermostat failures, and air balancing.
- Inspect plumbing, drainage, and water booster pump systems, resolving minor leaks and pressure fluctuations promptly.
- Log all maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts consumption in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or CAFM system.
