Job Summary
Leading UAE educational group Taaleem is recruiting a dedicated Primary Inclusion Teacher (Special Educational Needs) for its premium schools in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
Inclusive Pedagogy & Classroom Instruction
- Design, plan, and deliver tailored schemes of work for primary students requiring Special Educational Needs (SEN) and inclusion support.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate individual learning styles, capabilities, high-ability pupils, and English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners.
- Utilize ICT and modern educational technology to enhance learning engagement and support students with diverse learning needs.
- Incorporate UAE heritage, local culture, and values seamlessly into the primary curriculum and classroom environment.
- Establish safe, stimulating learning spaces rooted in mutual respect, maintaining clear rules, routines, and positive behavior management.
Safeguarding, Assessment & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Uphold the highest child protection standards, adhering strictly to Taaleem’s safeguarding guidelines and overseas police verification protocols.
- Formulate, record, and report on individual student progress, setting targets to encourage reflection and continuous improvement.
- Maintain open, regular, and confidential communication with parents regarding their child's academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with Heads of School, Senior Leadership, and classroom teachers to deploy support staff effectively and share best practices.
- Contribute to extra-curricular enrichment programs, school community events, and departmental planning meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant degree paired with a recognized Teaching Qualification/License (PGCE / QTS).
- Specialized qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) / Inclusive Education.
- Minimum 2 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized primary school or international school setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of DSIB, OFSTED, or similar school inspection frameworks and UAE educational developments.
- Flawless written and spoken English communication skills paired with high professional standards and cultural sensitivity.
