Job Summary
Ambassador Kindergarten is currently hiring a passionate, creative, and qualified Kindergarten / Pre-Primary Teacher to join its educational team at the Mankhool campus in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will foster a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment, deliver play-based early childhood education, track foundational skill development, and collaborate closely with parents in alignment with KHDA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative, play-based lesson plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and cognitive development.
- Assess and track individual child milestones, behavioral progress, and learning needs using age-appropriate assessment methods.
- Maintain a safe, colorful, well-organized, and stimulating classroom environment suitable for young learners.
- Communicate regularly with parents through parent-teacher meetings, progress reports, and digital communication platforms regarding student growth.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, faculty meetings, and ongoing early childhood continuous professional development (CPD).
