Job Summary
British Orchard Nursery, the UAE’s largest ISO-certified preschool chain, is currently recruiting qualified and passionate EYFS Nursery Teachers for its branches across Dubai. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality early years education based on the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, nurturing young learners' social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe, ISO-standard accredited environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute creative, child-centered learning activities aligned with the 7 key areas of the British EYFS framework.
- Conduct continuous observational assessments and compile individual learner profiles using digital nursery tracking platforms.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setup in accordance with ISO quality and safety benchmarks.
- Establish warm, professional relationships with parents through daily updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher consultations.
- Lead classroom assistants and support staff effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day nursery routines and pupil welfare.
