Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, corporate clients, and contractors professionally, managing visitor logs and issuing access passes in compliance with security guidelines.
  • Operate the central switchboard system, answering incoming inquiries, screening callers, and transferring calls to the appropriate department personnel.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules, manage conference facility bookings, and arrange refreshments for high-level executive meetings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail, courier deliveries, and internal administrative documents.
