Job Summary
Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is currently recruiting an organized and reliable Storekeeper / Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support its facilities management operations in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the central store, managing the receipt and dispatch of materials, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining accurate digital stock records to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory efficiently, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained warehouse environment.
- Process material requisition requests from site teams, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate logging of outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular physical cycle counts and stock audits, investigating and reporting any inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Update and maintain inventory databases using warehouse management software (ERP/SAP) and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis.
