About the role
Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) is hiring a Sales Associate for its Lifestyle business, in the Operations team. This is a store-floor job: you serve customers, help them find what suits them, and help the store reach its sales goals. If an item isn’t in your store, you can help the customer find it at another MAF fashion brand or store.
What you will do
- Follow MAF’s customer service standards and make sure each customer has a good experience.
- Deal with customer concerns quickly and politely, and pass bigger problems to the store manager when needed.
- Work towards your sales targets and look for creative ways to beat them.
- Learn the products well, and suggest extra or higher-value items (upselling and cross-selling).
- Help keep the store clean, tidy and stocked.
- Follow store security rules to reduce stock loss.
- Use good selling skills to build bigger sales and bring customers back.
- Help customers find items in other MAF fashion stores when yours doesn’t have them.
